The prickly pear mesquite biscottini is made with local prickly pear candy and locally harvested and ground mesquite flour from the mesquite trees in Tucson.  A delightful, not too sweet, hearty flavor with walnuts.

This is like eating a Peppermint Bark Biscottini! We add freshly crushed Peppermint Candy Cane to the batter and lace the biscottini with a Premium Dark Chocolate!
